Delivery Times

Orders placed before 11:00 AM (SGT) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed the following business day.
We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Singapore Public Holidays.
Delivery may take longer during sale periods, peak seasons, or adverse weather conditions.
Re-Delivery

If your order was attempted for delivery but you were not available to receive it, our courier will schedule a re-delivery on the next available business day. A re-delivery fee of S$8.00 will apply.
Returns
A. Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original purchase condition — unopened, unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any way.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for opened or used products.
- Items purchased as part of a set or bundle must be returned as a complete set.
- Items marked as non-exchangeable or non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible.
- A return delivery fee of S$8.00 will apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
B. Incorrect Items
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us at enquiries@haar.com.sg as soon as possible upon receipt with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the item received
- A photograph of the item and its packaging
We will arrange collection and resend the correct item at no additional cost. Where the correct item is unavailable, a full refund including original delivery charges will be issued within 7–14 business days.
C. Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at enquiries@haar.com.sg within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photograph or video of the affected item and its packaging
Please do not discard the item — we will need to collect it for investigation. Where a defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, including return courier.
D. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:
- An incorrect item was received and the correct item is unavailable; or
- A defective item is confirmed and cannot be replaced due to being out of stock.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days of resolution. Original delivery charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
