We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, ingredient lists, images, and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that such information is complete, current, or error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance, packaging, and colour may vary slightly from what is shown on screen. Cosmetic products are formulated for general use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase. A contract between you and Pardaco Cosmeceuticals Pte. Ltd. is formed only upon our confirmation of your order via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock or discontinued, we are unable to verify your payment, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. In the event that we cancel an order for which payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

All prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) where required by Singapore law. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by their country of destination. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), JCB, Apple Pay, and PayNow. All transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. Pardaco Cosmeceuticals Pte. Ltd. does not store your full payment card details.

We currently ship within Singapore. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Pardaco Cosmeceuticals Pte. Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or failed collection, additional redelivery charges may apply.

We accept change-of-mind returns subject to the following conditions: items must be in their original purchase condition, with packaging unopened, unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any way; change-of-mind returns are not accepted for opened or used products; items purchased as part of a set or bundle must be returned as a complete set; items marked as non-exchangeable or non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible; and a return delivery fee of S$7.00 will apply, deducted from the refund amount or charged separately.

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us at enquiries@haar.com.sg as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the item received, and a photograph of the item and its packaging. We will arrange collection and send the correct item at no additional cost. Where the correct item is unavailable, a full refund — including original delivery charges — will be issued within 7–14 business days.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at enquiries@haar.com.sg within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the defect, and a clear photograph or video of the affected item and its packaging. Please do not discard the item. Where a defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no cost including return courier. Where the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued within 7–14 business days.

Refunds are issued only where an incorrect item was received and the correct item is unavailable, or where a defective item is confirmed and cannot be replaced due to being out of stock. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days of resolution. Original delivery charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. We reserve the right to decline return or refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Cap. 52A) of Singapore or any applicable consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.

Discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs. Keep all products out of reach of children. Do not use on broken, inflamed, or infected skin. Store products in accordance with the directions on the packaging. Product claims on this website relate to cosmetic benefits only. Any reference to biological mechanisms or scalp science is for educational purposes and does not constitute a medicinal or therapeutic claim.

We collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available on our website. In such cases, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund within 7–14 business days. No interest will be payable on refunded amounts.

All orders are subject to screening for fraud, unauthorised activity, or other unlawful behaviour as part of our order processing procedures. We reserve the right to refuse, withhold, or cancel any order where fraudulent or suspicious activity is reasonably suspected. Where further verification is required, our customer service team may contact you using the details provided at checkout. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in order cancellation and a full refund. We reserve the right to report any suspected unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to mediation before the Singapore Mediation Centre. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation within 60 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pardaco Cosmeceuticals Pte. Ltd. with respect to your use of this website and the purchase of our products, and supersede all prior agreements or representations.
